Learn how to ferment foods with Héloïse Pilon Rinfret, a registered dietician. Discover the nutritional benefits of fermentation and how to make fermented delicacies safely (chutney and sauerkraut). Participants will leave the workshop with a booklet of recipes and two Mason jars filled with fermented food they prepared themselves. Please bring a pencil, paper, and two 500ml Mason Jars. This training is eligible for a receipt for insurance purposes or for continuing education.

After the workshop, participants get 10% off fermentation equipment and books available in the Mycoboutique.

NOTE: The workshop will be given in French but the instructor is bilingual and will be able to answer questions in English.
