    175 ml of commercial Kombucha tea 


Let stand for 10-14 days at a temperatur of 23-28 ° C , an open half filled bottle of commercial Kombucha tea .

Cover the bottle neck with cheesecloth so that  debris or insects won't introduce.

After this period a gelatinous disk  will forme in surface: this is the active culture.

An unpleasant odor may indicate contamination.
