- 2l of white grape jus
- Scoby kombucha mother
Preparation
Let ferment the ingredients for 24 hrs at 28 ° C. If the liquid ferments more then the time suggested it will become more alcoholic. Filter. Keep refrigerated . Do not leave the disc in the juice , it may kill him because that is not its natural environment.
