Anis reishi black tea

    12 g dried reishi

    1 l water

    3 pods star anise

    1 tbs black tea

    sugar to taste


In a covered pot, simmer the reishi in water for 15 min

Pour the hot decoction of reishi in a tea pot with the tea and anise pods

Infuse 1 min

Serve in cups and sweeten to taste

Drink hot or cold; can be refrigerated for a week
