Gluten free giant puffball pizza

    1 slice giant puffball 5 cm thick and at least 20 cm in diameter 3 tbs olive oil 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tbs and truffle pesto or tomato sauce 100g grated cheddar cheese 5 black olives


Preheat oven to 175 ° C. Combine oil and garlic and brush the puffball slice. Bake 10 min., turn and cook another 10 min.
