- 2 garlic cloves
- 50g fresh parsley

Grind the fresh maïtake in a mixer.
Simmer the mix at a low heat for 10 min
Add garlic, parsley (thinly chopped), salt and pepper.
Tasty on pasta, crackers or roast meat.
