Chanterelle Tarts

     200g of chanterelles

    Pre-cooked tart crusts

    1 shallot


    100ml cream

    10g of butter

    4 small wheels of goat's cheese

    1 pinch of nutmeg

    Salt, pepper


 Clean the chanterelles, preferably with a brush or paper towel; cook them in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil until lightly browned, around 10 min;

Add a finely chopped shallot
