    Ingredients
    12 g dried reishi
    1 l water
    3 pods star anise
    1 tbs black tea
    sugar to taste
      Preparation
      In a covered pot, simmer the reishi in water for 15 minutes.
      Pour the hot decoction of reishi in a tea pot with the tea and anise pods.
      Infuse 1 minute.
      Serve in cups and sweeten to taste.
      Drink hot or cold; can be refrigerated for a week.
