Porcini French toast

    Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 cup of milk
    4 thick slices of homemade bread
    1 tbs vegetable oil
    A pinch of salt
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    Whipped cream to taste

      Preparation
      Beat eggs , milk, porcini powder, 2 tsp syrup and a pinch of salt together.
      Dip the bread until well soaked .
      Heat oil in skillet.
      When hot, deposit the sliced bread.
      Cook over medium heat 5 minutes on each side .
      Serve warm with whipped cream and maple syrup.
